The most common asks before, during, and after a consult. Anything not here gets answered by your clinician or coach.

01

What is CSC+?

CSC+ is a wellness and performance platform pairing physician-prescribed peptide protocols with one-to-one coaching. Five goal-based stacks, three coaching tiers.

02

How does the consult work?

After you pick a protocol, you complete a clinical questionnaire and a 30-minute telehealth visit with a licensed clinician. Bloodwork is ordered to your nearest lab. The clinician decides whether to prescribe based on your results.

03

Are these medications FDA-approved?

Compounded medications are not FDA-approved as a category. They are dispensed by a registered compounding pharmacy under the prescribing clinician's authority. We disclose this on every protocol page.

04

What happens after I order?

Eligibility review and bloodwork take a few business days. Once approved, your first dose typically ships within 7–10 days. Coaching, when included, begins immediately on enrollment.

05

Is this covered by insurance?

Compounded peptide therapy is generally not covered by insurance. Pricing is paid out of pocket and varies by protocol and tier. The price you see on the site is the price you pay.

06

Can I cancel?

Yes. Coaching is month-to-month and you can pause or cancel at any time. Therapy is dosed in cycles; mid-cycle cancellations are handled clinically — your clinician walks you through the taper.

07

What states do you serve?

All 50 states via telehealth. A small number of states have additional restrictions on specific compounds; your clinician will flag any constraint on the consult.

08

Who handles my health data?

Clinical data lives with our medical partner under their HIPAA-aligned policies. Coaching data lives with CSC+. Full detail is in the privacy policy.

— 02 / ELIGIBILITY
09

What disqualifies someone?

Pregnancy, breastfeeding, certain cancers, severe cardiac or hepatic conditions, and a history of medullary thyroid carcinoma rule out specific protocols. Your clinician makes the call on the consult.

10

Do I need bloodwork before starting?

Yes. Standard panels include a CBC, CMP, lipid panel, HbA1c, and TSH at minimum. Specific protocols add hormone or inflammatory markers. The clinician orders them to your nearest lab.

11

Can I run two protocols at once?

Some protocols stack cleanly (Build + Recover, Glow + most). Others have dosing-window conflicts. The clinician sequences combinations on the consult.
