These terms govern your use of the CSC+ marketing site, the coaching app, and any related service we provide (collectively, “the Service”). Prescription medical services are provided by our clinical partner under a separate clinical agreement.
1. Acceptance
By accessing the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The service
CSC+ is a coaching platform paired, optionally, with peptide-therapy fulfillment through our medical partner. Coaching access requires an active agreement. Therapy access requires a clinician consultation and prescription through our medical partner, who decides clinical eligibility independently.
3. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to use the Service. Accounts are created by your coach or during checkout for self-serve tiers.
4. Health and fitness disclaimer
CSC+ provides general fitness and nutrition guidance. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional medical consultation. Consult a physician before beginning any exercise or nutrition program. You assume all risks associated with physical activity. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. Discuss indications, risks, and eligibility with your clinician.
5. User content
You retain ownership of content you submit (check-ins, photos, messages). You grant CSC+ a limited license to display and store this content solely to provide the Service.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) share your account credentials; (b) reverse engineer or attempt unauthorized access; (c) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (d) upload harmful, offensive, or infringing content.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or your coaching agreement ends. You may request account deletion at any time.
8. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CSC+ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated in the app or via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
